The public will NOT be able to speak to the motion at this meeting \u2013 but having a strong show of support may influence Council!<\/p>\n<p>Please Note: Alternate Location because of construction (see below). The motion is 14th on the agenda, but it is impossible to predict exactly when it will come up, since Council sometimes amends the agenda.
