Suitable acquisition terms&#8230;<br \/>\nb. Acceptable governance model&#8230;<br \/>\nc. Suitable concept site and management plan&#8230;<br \/>\nd. Clarification of the obligations of the lessor (NCC) and lessee (HRM)&#8230;<br \/>\ne. Resolution of the concerns related to the state of the dam on the lands<br \/>\nf. Input from public consultation and discussions with the Province and relevant<br \/>\nstakeholders regarding the proposal; and<br \/>\n2.
