\"\"<\/a>NS Gov News Release, July 30, 2025<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Nova Scotia has proclaimed a provincewide burn ban.<\/p>\n

Because of hot, dry conditions, there is a ban on open fires effective immediately across the entire province.<\/p>\n

The ban was put in place today, July 30, and will remain in place until October 15 \u2013 the end of wildfire season \u2013 or until conditions improve. The fine for violating the ban is $25,000.<\/p>\n
